Workout changes

My workout was on Saturday, following the 80/100 technique.

This week, I did the chest and shoulder press with 80% effort and rowing and pull-downs at 100%.

Compared to last week, I noticed a considerable improvement on the pull exercises. This may be due to the better recovery after the 80% effort on these movements last week or due to the vitamin D3 supplementation.

Its probably both.

Now, two days after the workout I notice, that I feel more soreness on the muscles that were trained at 80%. I already noticed this effect last week.

With respect to vitamin d3. I am taking 4000 iu per day. The first noticeable effect was that my nose congestion which was with me since before Christmas disappeared. Also, while my family was struck by seasonal flu, I stayed unaffected.
